Rules & Regulations:

1-     NO POOR sportsmanship tolerated! All judges’ decisions are FINAL.  Score sheets will be available after crowning.  All score sheets not picked up after pageant will be destroyed.  You may stay and speak with the judges after the pageant is over.  We will have 3 judges, 4 if we have 60+ contestants, if we have 4 judges, the lowest score will be dropped.  Judges are a variety of male/female and minority judges.

2-     No checks accepted within 2 weeks of the pageant. NO door entires AT ALL, due to filming time restraints, ALL fees MUST be paid IN full by Feb 28.  Door events must be paid by Friday before pagt.

3-     Contestants who send in their Emcee sheets and pay their fees in full first will have their choice in line.

4-     ONLY 8 Contestants PER age division accepted, you must have your deposit of $25 paid in order to hold your spot.

5-     All photogenic photos will be judged ONLINE.  Please email your Glitz and/or Natural photos to me no later than the March 6, they will be judged by a different panel of judges, & scores will be tabulated before pageant day to save time.  You may enter 2 photos each, extra photos are $5 ea.

6-     Everyone will receive an arm bracelet when entering and paying at the door.  Hair/makeup personnel will receive one armband free.   Everyone else must pay to enter.  We will have people posted at the back door as well as the front door taking up money.  Armbands purchased in advance will be waiting with a list at the front door only.  Please pick those up there. Seating IS LIMITED! NO MEN ALLOWED IN BACK DRESSING AREAS

7-     Contestants have 1:30 secs on stage PER event.  You will be called offstage after your time is up.  Please exit immediately.

I have read all of the rules and regulations and agree to abide by these and any other rules set forth by the CGPP committee. I hereby certify that the Mardi Gras Coastal GA  pageant, directors, staff of McIntosh Co, or anyone connected with the pageant or McIntosh Co BOE are not responsible for any accidents, damages, injuries, thefts, or losses that may occur before, during, or after the pageant or to and from the pageant. I accept full responsibility for my child and her actions/behavior at all times. I am aware that any photographs taken may be used for publicity. I understand that the judge’s decisions are final and will not be disputed. I understand that no bad sportsmanship will be tolerated (this will include my family members and friends who may be with me). I agree that if poor sportsmanship is shown by me or those with me, I will be disqualified from this pageant and any future pageants associated with Coastal GA Pageant Productions.  I agree that I will act in a dignified manner and that I will respect those in authority and will respect the property of McIntosh Co BOE and MCMS.  We are here to make each contestant feel like a winner. Our goal is to instill self-confidence and self-achievement in each participant.  I understand that there will be no refunds given for money that I have paid and that a $40.00 returned check fee will be charged me if my check returns.
